Guys most of the time have different goals than women when it comes to fitness.  I work with you to identify what will work with your schedule, meal planning, and what you have access to in your training facility.  I recommend supplements and timing so we can dial in exactly what will work for you.  Don’t continue to spin your wheels!  It may only take 1/2 hour of time with me over the phone to identify the changes you need.

KID ATHLETES

I have been trained to optimize nutrition for child athletes.  In fact I have two children myself who are highly competitive and excel at their sports.  Nutrition for kids isn’t too far off of what adults need, but timing a ratios and hydration are incredibly important.  Let me look at what is currently working and how we can improve energy and recovery for your kid athlete.  Often times this only takes 1/2 hour of time.
